China Coal Energy (SHA:601898, HKG:1898)announced that its commercial coal production totalled 8.65 million tonnes in November - up 11.5% on year, and 102.79 million tonnes for the first whole of 2011 - up 8.9% on year.

Coal sales volume was 12.47 million tonnes for December - up 42% on year, and 133.46 million tonnes for the year ended 31 December 2011 - up 13.8% on year.
