Kaisa Group (HKG:1638) said its contract sales of real estate properties in 2011 totalled RMB15.29 billion - up 52% compared to the sales in 2010 and exceeding the company's target of RMB15 billion by 1.9%. By area, the 2011 sales amounted to 2.178 million sqm - up 1.49x on year.

The average selling price under the 2011 sales contracts was RMB7,022 per sqm, a reduction of 39% compared to that under the 2010 contracts.

For December 2011 alone, the company's contract sales amounted to RMB1.84 billion - up 24% on year, or 147,866 sqm by area - up 39% on year. The average selling price was RMB12,470 per sqm.
