CITIC Securities Company Limited (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) announced that its net profit and revenue for December 2011 totalled RMB444.545 million and RMB891.923 million respectively.

The company's subsidiaries, CITIC Securities (Zhejiang) (previously
known as CITIC-Kington Securities) and CITIC Wantong Securities, recorded net profits of RMB3.199 million and net loss of RMB1.02 million respectively and revenues of RMB11.468 million and RMB5.482 million respectively in December 2011.

As at 31 December 2011, CITIC Securities Company Limited's net assets amounted to RMB7.39 billion.
