Referring to Shenyang Media Corporation's claim for RMB17.329 million from Liaoning AoHai TianYi Media Advertisement Co., Ltd (Liaoning Aohai), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ShiFang Holding (HKG:1831), ShiFang announced that the hearing date of the claim was postponed and Liaoning Aohai has subsequently attended the court hearing on 9 January 2012 at the court.

No judgment on the legal proceedings had been made yet and the financial impact of the legal proceedings could not be ascertained as at 10 January 2012.
