Ministry of Commerce is working with Ministry of Finance and People’s Bank of China on some new consumer incentive policies and they have some initial plans in mind, said Shen Danyang, spokesperson for the ministry on January 18.

 

As for fiscal policies, fiscal authorities at all levels should be encouraged to make more spending on areas that will improve people’s life, such as circulation for public service and eco-friendly retailing.
