China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (HKG:0998) has appointed Cao Tong as an executive director and Xing Tiancai as an independent non-executive director.

The resignation of Ai Hongde from the positions of the independent non-executive director of the bank, a member and the chairman of the Audit and related party transactions control committee, a member of the risk management committee and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee under the board has also become effective. Luo Yan has resigned as company secretary of the bank.

Cao has been serving concurrently as director of China International Financial Holdings Limited and CITIC Bank International Limited since October 2009. Xing Tiancai is the dean of the School of Finance of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
