China Environmental Investment Holdings Limited (HKG:0260), formerly known as Sino Gas Group Limited, announced that its change of name has become effective on February 2.

With effect from 9:00 a.m. on February 9, the company's shares will be traded under the new stock short-name, "CH ENV INV H", on the Stock Exchange.
