Geely Automobile Holdings (HKG:0175) announced that the total sales volume of the group for the month of January 2012 was 38,100 units, a decrease of 16.5% over the same period last year. This is despite a 25% decrease in the number of business days over the same period last year as a result of Chinese New Year holiday in late January 2012.

During the month of January 2012, the group's sales volumes under "Emgrand", "Englon" and "GLEagle" brands were 10,689 units, 12,905 units and 14,506 units, respectively.
