Referring to its extraordinary general meeting held on 9 February 2012, Radford Capital Investment (HKG:0901) clarifies that in addition to Hennabun and its associates, Pak William Eui Won, a director of CUIM, who was interested in 120,000 shares, also abstained from voting for resolution 1.

The total number of shares entitling shareholders to vote for or against the resolutions proposed at the EGM should be 205 million rather than 150 million shares as stated in the announcement dated 9 February 2012.
