Chroma ATE, a Taiwan-based provider of automated testing solutions, expects its electric and electronic testing equipment used for PV inverters and LED lighting products to be its main source of growth in 2012 revenues, company chairman and CEO Leo Huang said at a February 21 investors conference.
Among automated testing equipment applications, electric & electronic products accounted for 43.5% of Chroma's 2011 consolidated revenues, followed by solar energy with 18.3%, semiconductors 9%, passive components 7%, LCD panels 6.7% and LED 6.6%, Huang said.
Chroma recorded net EPS of NT$4.06 in 2011 and its board of directors decided to distribute a dividend per share of NT$2.50 in cash.
