SDLG Successfully Hold 6th Global Technique Training

March 6th, with the technicians from Volvo dealers in Latin America finishing their 12-day’s excavator training, the 6th SDLG Global Technique Training ended perfectly. In 2012, the overseas market will be the important market of Lingong excavators, which marks that SDLG will meet more challenges and opportunities. “Proper preparations should be made in advance.” So, making good services to the overseas market is an important way to win the customers’ trust. To do well in excavator service and sales in Latin America, SDLG specially held the excavator technique training. Through the learning of the engine, hydraulic system, and electric system, the students knew the features of Lingong excavators and mastered the troubleshooting of the common failures, with the training achieving the expected effects.

In 2011, SDLG exports nearly 4000 units of loaders, earning foreign exchange of USD130 million. The annual loader export volume ranks the second in China. The great improvement cannot do without the strong services. As the one of the service cores, the training was well performed in 2011. Under the leadership of General Manager of Import & Export Company Wang Xiaohui and Service Department Director Liu Shuqiang, the senior trainers of SDLG Zhu Jingzhi, Zhang Kaikai, and Wang Jing went to 16 countries including India, Russia, Brazil, Iran, South Africa, and Australia to carry out technical training; in addition, the dealers of SDLG worldwide were invited to SDLG headquarters to attend the global technique training for three periods, with over 300 technicians being trained, reserving a lot of technical talents for overseas services.

In 2012, SDLG is rapidly expanding the overseas markets; at the same time, the training is carried out in full swing. In two and half months, SDLG respectively held the 4th Global Technique Training for Russia, the 5th Global Technique Training for Africa, and the 6th Global Technique Training for Latin America. The trainings are aimed at different models and different customer requirements, winning the students’ acclaim.

To meet the trainings for increasing products, SDLG attaches great importance to the cultivation of overseas trainers. They must be good at both techniques and English. Only the trainers with high caliber will train service group with high quality. At the spare time, the trainers also learn from each other for constant improvement. In addition, SDLG provides an excellent developing environment for the trainers, like sending the trainers to foreign countries for further study.

In 2012, SDLG stands at a higher start line with “Five-year Plan, To Be Achieved in Three Years”. After achieving the annual sales of 10 billion yuan in 2011, SDLG will try its best to break through the annual sales of 20 billion yuan.
