7 Days Inn spent a total of 136 million yuan in the buyout of Huantian Inn, an economy hotel under Huantian Hotel Group which was listed in Chinese stock market as an A share.

After the transaction, 7 Days Inn will own all of Huantian Inn’s stake equities and its 21 direct-sales locations in 12 cities, such as Changsha, Wuhan and Zhengzhou. 7 Days Inn has already taken over the operations of all Huatian Inn hotels, most of which have been remodeled. Huatian Inn’s financial report will be consolidated into that of 7 Days Inn from December 31, 2011.
