Lee Kee Holdings Limited (HKG:0637) announced that the Company through Lee Kee HK, as one of the lenders, would provide the loan in the amount of USD3.5 million to Genesis BVI.

The loan is interest-free and with a term of 3 years.

Genesis BVI, which the Company owns 50% shareholding interests indirectly through Lee Kee HK.
