In 2011, Xinjiang Joinworld publicly raised RMB1.15 billion to invest in 20 kt high purity aluminium, 20 kt electronic aluminum foil and 12 million square meters electrode foil project. Currently, 7 kt electronic aluminum foil capacity expansion project has been put into operation at the end of 2011, 5 million square meters/a electrode foil production line has entered debug stage in February of 2012, and other fund-raised projects will be put into operation continuously in 2012.

In terms of fund-raised projects structure, the capacity of high-end product has improved relatively fast and the product structure is expected to be optimized significantly. Xinjiang Joinworld’s products are mainly applied to produce capacitor, so the development of capacitor industry has direct influence on the company’s order. With the industry has gradually picked up in the first three months of 2012, the company’s capacity utilization has been improved relatively and the company is expected to obtain more orders in future.
