According to a report of Handelsblatt on March 26th, Chinese construction equipment manufacturers show special preference to German acquisitions. After Sany Heavy Industry buying Putzmeister, a German concrete pump maker, the second largest concrete pump manufacturer in Germany Schwing is going to be acquired by XCMG Group, one of Chinese largest construction equipment maker. An insider told Handelsblatt that the acquisition agreement will be signed in one or two weeks.
