Winox Holdings Limited (HKG:6838) announces that it agreed to acquire from Yiu Hon-ming (the chairman and managing director of Winox) the entire equity capital of Bo Luo Ming Fung Kitchen Appliance Manufacturing Limited (Ming Fung Kitchen) at a consideration of RMB1 million in cash and to put funds in Ming Fung Kitchen to repay RMB28.959 million owing by Ming Fung Kitchen to Yiu.

Ming Fung Kitchen is principally engaged in the holding of the land use rights for site area of 66,666 sq. m. located in Dongfeng Village, Huzhen Town, Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong Province for industrial use (together with four buildings erected thereon which are currently leased to Winox for production).
