China Ruifeng Galaxy Renewable Energy Holdings (HKG:0527) announced that trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 29 June 2012 pending the release of an announcement in relation to the company entering into an agreement to subscribe for shares in the enlarged share capital of Hebei Hongsong Wind Power Company Limited, which is a very substantial acquisition and price-sensitive in nature.
