According to NPC Financial and Economic Committee’s preliminary report of budget, Beijing will continue to reduce “Three public consumptions”, and realize zero growth in seven fields including expenses on overseas trip (for business), procurement of official business vehicles, official receptions, conference, training, travel and printing.
