Chery Lauched the First Platform for Car Sharing Technology

The first platform, on which technology for launching vehicles may be shared among automakers in China, debuted on the Silicon Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum and Global Industrial Internet Conference (short for SVIEF), held in Beijing on July 16.
 
The platform was jointly launched by Makerspace, an Internet company in China, and Chery, one of leading automakers in terms of development of alternative energy vehicles.
 
Automakers may develop its new products on the S51 platform, newly developed by Chery, on which they can share information and technology for the launch of alternative energy vehicles. Then, green vehicles, to be put to test carried out with the help of Chery after launch, may be put into mass production according with rules and regulations of China.
 
Configure of the platform could meet safety requirements of ISO26262. Intelligent Internet technology including cloud technology, ADAS, technology allowing for environment recognition, and others, may also be brought about the platform.
