Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. (000021) announced to acquire 100% equities of Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for USD110.7 million. After acquisition, the latter will be the wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaifa. The former will obtain the leading testing technology, clients resource and talents of the latter thus to enter semiconductor packaging &testing field.

Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a US owned company specializing in back-end services of memory products, was invested by the world independent memory leader, Kingston Technology in July 2004. Payton Technology (Shenzhen), certified to use the latest technologies patented by Kingston Technology, provides high quality testing services to Kingston and other top DRAM manufacturers. As of April 30, 2015, its net assets registered RMB399.14 million.
