On May, 6th, in Shanghai, China Southern Airlines Group Company (shortened as CSN) sealed comprehensive cooperation agreement with Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (shortened as BOCOM), which agreed to extend 15 billion yuan credit line to CSN. CSN General Manager Si Xianmin, BOCOM chairman of the board Hu Huaibang and president Li Jun attended the signing ceremony. Deputy President of BOCOM Qian Wenhui and general accountant of CSN Liu Baoheng signed on the Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement on behalf of the two parties.
According to the agreement, BOCOM and CSN will treat each other as the most important partner and maintain long-term and stable strategic partnership, to bring into fullplay the respective strengths of the two parties and most of all push forward the cooperation in aircraft financing, aircraft leasing, local and foreign currency loan, bills, etc. In addition, BOCOM will provide CSN with quality, efficient and professional financial services in global cash management, investment banking and private financial services.
