China Merchants China Direct Investments Limited (HKG:0133) announced that during the period from the granting of the China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) disposal mandate and Industrial Bank (IBC) disposal mandate by it shareholders on 5 December 2011 up to 31 December 2011, it had not disposed of any A shares of China Merchants Bank or IBC pursuant to the mandates.
