Birmingham International Holdings (HKG:2309) announced that as additional time is required by the company's subsidiaries in finalizing its financial statements and preparing the final results of the group, announcement of the final results will be further delayed to no later than 30 April 2012. Meanwhile, dispatch of the annual report will be delayed to no later than 15 May 2012.

As a result of the further delay in publication of the final results, the board meeting of the company for the purpose of approving the final results is therefore postponed to another date to be fixed by the board of the directors of the company.
