It is recently confirmed by the Xiamen Port Authority that the Dongdu branch of Xiamen Port Development Co., Ltd confirmed that the income of the subsidies for the throughput increase of the domestic trade container would be RMB14.53 million in the year of 2011, which will be allocated by the Xiamen Port Authority, Xiamen Port Development announced. The above amount has not been paid and allocated to the account of Xiamen Port Development, an A-share subsidiary of Xiamen International Port (HKG:3378).

Xiamen Port Development said that it will include the above subsidies in the profits and losses of the year of 2011 as non-operating income according to the "Enterprise Accounting Standards", which would have a positive impact on Xiamen Port Development's 2011 results.
