Capital VC Limited (HKG:2324) has issued an announcement in relation to the Market Misconduct Tribunal's (MMT) enquiry against Yau Chung-hong (a former executive director of the company) and Duncan Chui Tak-keung (an executive directors of the company). On 10 July 2012 the MMT released its part 1 report and a further hearing is scheduled to be held on 20 July 2012.

The MMT ruled that Yau and Chui had engaged in market misconduct within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Ordinance in relation to the securities of the company.
