China Financial International Investments Limited (HKG:0721) expected the annual results of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2012 may record a relatively significant loss in comparison with the profit recorded for the year ended 30 June 2011.

The Company is of the opinion that such loss was primarily attributable to realised losses on disposal of financial assets at fair value; unrealized losses on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss; and the increase in general and administrative expenses resulting from the strategic increase in investment in service financing industry.
