Haima Investment Group Co Ltd announced that it will acquire a 38.25% stake in a Zhengzhou-based car company from an investment group company at RMB 522,251,997.13. According to the Company's annual report for fiscal year 2010, the Company holds a 61.75% stake in the target company.
