June 1 – Huafu Top Dyed Melange Yarn (002042) announced yesterday that it plans to create a garment-dyeing subsidiary called Dongzhi Huafu Dyeing Co., Ltd. (Huafu Dyeing) in Dongzhi county, reports kuaixun.com. The new entity will have 100 million yuan in registered capital and help the company’s strategic interests in the the Yangtze River region.

Dongzhi county is under the jurisdiction of Chizhou city, in the south of Anhui province.

Shares of Huafu Top traded at 22.35 yuan as of 11:07 this morning.
