June 7 -- Yunnan Yunwei (RCode:600725), a producer and distributor of coking coal products, chemicals, chemical fertilizers, and construction materials, completed the issuance of one billion yuan worth of corporate bonds, reports China Securities Journal, citing a company filing.

Of the total, 900 million yuan were sold to institutional investors.

The company will use 410 million yuan of the total funds raised to repay bank loans and use the remainder to replenish working capital.

According to the report, the issuance will help to optimize the company's debt structure and lower its liquidity risk.
