August 15 -- Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical  filed it will cancel a major asset restructuring plan and resume share trading today, reports yicai.com.

Its shareholders committed to injecting synthetic ammonia assets into the company. Target assets include natural gas resources majorly needed by Jianfeng’s new fertilizers production line planned.

Due to short supply of natural gas as well as the company’s unfinished pipelines, Jianfeng forecasted in 2009 that a planned fertilizers production line could not to be completed by the end of June 2010 as originally planned.

Jianfeng filed in June that it would lend 200 million yuan to one of its subsidiaries for a new production line, which will expand its product categories.
