On June 30, British magazine "The Banker" announced the latest ranking of top 1000 world banks. Bank of Beijing ranked 145 according to the first-tier capital, up by 10 position compared with last year. It ranked 13 in the banking industry in China.

"The Banker", a British magazine, is subordinate to the British "Financial Times" Newspaper Group and the authoritative financial magazines. The magazine has issued the list of the world's 1,000 largest banks consecutively for 42 years. This ranking is considered to be a rule to evaluate the overall strength of the global banking and world banks. This year, a total of 101 China’s banks entered the list of Top 1000 World Banks. .
