November 21 -- UFIDA Software ( 600588.SH), a provider of financial management, supply chain, ERP software and related products, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Starway Bio-Technology ( 300143.SZ), marking the software developer's entrance into the food sector, reports Guangzhou Daily.

The transaction value and other details of the cooperation agreement were not disclosed.

Starway Bio-Technology, a company listed on the ChiNext Board, researches, produces and sells edible fungi.
