Silver Grant International (HKG:0171) has agreed to grant Shenyang Yuanshan Property Limited a loan in the amount of RMB450 million (HK$553.5 million) and bearing an interest rate of 18% per annum.

The proceeds of the loan shall be used by the borrower for the construction of a residential project in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The borrower shall repay the loan in full in one lump sum together with all outstanding interests accrued thereon on the maturity date, being 8 months from the date of drawdown.
