Referring to its proposed placing of convertible notes, China Environmental Energy Investment (HKG:0986) said that due to the recent adverse market condition, additional time is required by the placing agent to identify placee(s). Accordingly, parties to the placing agreement agreed to extend the placing period to 30 June 2012.
