YANGZHOU YAXING MOTOR COACH CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of buses. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of large-, medium- and small-size buses, including city buses, inter-city buses, specialty buses and minibuses, as well as chassis used for buses. The majority of the Company鈥檚 products are distributed in domestic market in China, and to a much less extent, to international markets.

In September 1998, Yangzhou Yaxing Motor Coach Co., Ltd. was initiated and founded by Jiangsu Yaxing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. with a history of six decades in Yangzhou, a famous city with beautiful scenery and a lot of talents on the left bank of Huaihe River. In August 1999, the company issued 60 million of A shares though the Shanghai Stock Exchange as the first listed company in Yangzhou as well as one of the few listed bus companies in China. The company has total assets of RMB 750 million and over 1,500 employees; has two brands-“Yaxing” and “Yangzi”, including 20 series and covering 130 kinds of large, medium and light-sized and high, medium and ordinary-grade coaches designed for such segment markets as public transport, road, tourism and organization; has established over 280 distribution and after-sale centers nationwide to offer customers networked integrated service.

While maintaining the traditional advantages of coaches such as reliable chassis and solid frame, it inherits the technical and management achievements made though cooperation with Benz, assimilates the advanced technology of LPD, UK, focuses on building a technology company based on leading European technologies, and makes unremitting efforts to enhance its market image, increase the comprehensive competitive strength and to enhance the coach and industry progressively. Since being founded, the company has sold over 60,000 coaches with sales revenues of nearly RMB 10 billion, thus making due contributions to the development of the road, city and tourism passenger transport industries of China.
