Ningbo Shanshan Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of garments and lithium battery materials. The Company operates its businesses through three segments: garment segment, new material segment and venture capital segment. The garment segment offers suits, leisurewear and shirts under the brand named FIRS. The new material segment provides materials for lithium batteries, including lithium battery cathode materials, anode materials and electrolytic solution. The Company also involves in the agent distribution of children's apparel products. The Company operates its business in domestic markets and overseas markets, with Ningbo and Shanghai as its major markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of garments and lithium battery materials.
