Kaisa Group (HKG:1638) said its contract sales of real estate properties in January 2012 totalled RMB558 million - up 40% on year. By area, the sales in January amounted to 70,013 sqm - up 44% on year. The company's 2012 sales target is RMB16.5 billion.

The average selling price was RMB7,976 per sqm in January.
