November 10 -- Xinjiang Youhao Group (600778.SH) said subsidiary, Lerfu Shopping Mall, plans to spend 120 million yuan to lease two properties in Kuerle, Xinjiang province, to operate supermarkets, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

One of the properties has an area of 17,730 square meters, and the tenure of the lease is 11 years. The total sum to be paid for the lease is 61.13 million yuan.

The other plot has an area of 11,382.53 square meters, and the tenure of the lease is 12 years and nine months. The total sum to be paid for the lease is 58.36 million yuan.

The company said the lease will not have a significant impact on the normal operations of its business.
