Referring to its transaction involving formation of the Sino-foreign JV company, LG Display (China), in the PRC, Skyworth Digital Holdings (00751.HK) said that LG Display, one of the JV parties who proposed to own 70% of the equity interest in LG Display (China), has said that the formation of the JV has been postponed until further notice.

Skyworth Digital has not contributed any of the amount of US$133.4 million, being 10% of the registered capital of LG Display (China), as required by the JV agreement.
