Inspur International Limited (00596.HK) announced that it has entered into a JV agreement with Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd. and Shandong Inspur Software Co., Ltd. for the establishment of a JV company in the PRC to engage in operations, integral IT Management outsourcing services, industry investment, venture investment and investment consulting services relating to cloud computing and their connected services.

The registered capital of the JV company, which tentatively named Shandong Inspur Cloud Computing Industry Investment Co., Ltd., is RMB300 million (HK$368 million), to which Inspur International will contribute RMB100 million (HK$123 million).

Inspur Electronic and Shandong Inspur are associates of a substantial shareholder of Inspur International.
