Tianjin Joy City is the first commercial real estate project that China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO) developed in Tianjin and is the biggest among seven Joy City stores in China.

Tianjin Joy City has entered its final stage of decoration and is slated to open on December 25, according to reports on December 13.

The new location covers an area of 89,000 square meters and has a total floor space of 520,000 square meters (including basement). With a total investment of over 4 billion yuan, the project is an urban complex combining retail, catering, recreation, office building and residential housing.
