REFERING to the Senneng equity and Wangtong equity acquisitions by its subsidiaries and the related entrusted loan, NewOcean Energy Holdings (00342.HK) said that it has entered into a completion agreement with Zhuhai City Wangtong Shipping Company Limited (Wangtong) and Sound Hong Kong Limited to provide for matters relating to completion of the Wangtong equity acquisition under the framework agreement.

Under the revised proceduresm completion of the Wangtong equity acquisition shall take place within 7 working days from 31 December 2011.
