Tianjin Port Development (HKG:3382) announced that it has agreed to acquire one set of 38t-35m portal crane from Tianjin Port E&M Equipment Installation and Engineering Company Limited and to hire Tianjin Port E&M for relocation and related services of one set of 25t-33m portal crane, at a total consideration of RMB13.79 million.
Tianjin Port E&M is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd., a controlling shareholder of Tianjin Port Development.
