China Enterprise Company Limited announced that the Company's subsidiary, Shanghai Gubei (Group) Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary A), will apply to Shanghai Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd for a loan of RMB 100 million, with a term of up to one year and an annual interest rate of 10%. The Company also announced that it will provide guarantee a trust plan of RMB 100 million for Subsidiary A.
