Inspur International (HKG:0596) has agreed to sell the entire registered capital of Shandong Inspur E-Government Software Limited, a company principally engaged in manufacturing, sale and development of the e-government software in the PRC, for RMB23 million.

Inspur expects RMB259,000 gain from the disposal and intends to apply the net proceeds from the disposal as general working capital.

As the purchaser, Shandong Inspur Software Co., Ltd., is an associate of a controlling shareholder of Inspur, the disposal constitutes a connected transaction of Inspur.
