China Properties Investment (HKG:0736) announced that its directors have, during a meeting held on 2 February 2012, proposed to grant consent to Simsen Capital Finance Limited for the disposal of the promissory note which was given as security for a loan extended by Simsen Capital Finance to Make Success Limited. The terms of the disposal have yet to be finalized.

Simsen Capital Finance is wholly owned by Simsen International (00993)
