Cbest released a statement recently that it planned to work with Chongqing Shangshe Zhongtian Property Development and Chongqing Shangshe Automobile Commercial and tried to win a bid, which will allow them to use a piece of land covering 244,434 square meters in the northern part of Chongqing. Cbest will invest no more than 469 million yuan.

It said that the move will benefit its expansion in the area. If they win the bid, Cbest will have the right to use 625,000 square meters.
