It is also building a 120,000-square-meter operating center in Wujiang, Jiangsu province. In addition, the company started several measures in 2011 to accelerate its delivery speed. At present, it can delivery goods to customers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou on the following day after receiving the orders; for provincial capitals, the average delivery circle is 2.3 days; and for the entire country, the average delivery circle is 2.8 days.
