Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will use undistributed profits to pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.45 per 10 shares (after tax), and use additional paid-in capital to issue three new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders of record on May 19, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-right and ex-dividend on May 20, 2011.
