Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (002100.SZ)announced that it will issue up to 60 million new shares with par value of RMB 1 per share and an issue price of not less than RMB 11.17 per share, to raise approximately RMB 539,354,900 in private placement.
